Shipping Costs
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £3.75
- Free UK Delivery on orders over £50
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, occasional delays may occur during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control. If there is a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery Times
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 parcels within approximately 48 hours of dispatch. However, this timeframe is a service target and not a guaranteed delivery commitment.
Delivery times may vary due to factors including weather conditions, postal delays, seasonal demand, or circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
You can use the tracking information supplied by Royal Mail to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@whiffdrop.com.
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy will apply.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.
If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to amend the details before dispatch. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
